Language Corner: Center management, connected to its learners

IyedeX has developed a platform for Language Corner that brings together registrations, groups, schedules, attendance, and financial tracking. Learners have their own space, while the center's team manages operations and reviews data with the help of 3amAli.

Language Corner: Center management, connected to its learners

A platform designed for the center’s daily operations

Running a language center requires coordinating much more than just classes. It is necessary to register learners, organize groups, assign teachers and rooms, track attendance, record payments, and handle schedule changes.

For Language Corner, IyedeX has brought these operations together in a shared platform. The website presents the center’s offerings, the learner portal provides access to personal information, and the administration has the tools needed for daily monitoring.

From registration to session tracking

The team creates the learner’s file and registers them in the appropriate groups. Each group gathers useful information: class, level, teacher, room, schedule, capacity, and pricing.

Management takes into account sessions, training periods, and summer programs. Teams can track attendance, view absences, and prepare printable attendance sheets with names sorted alphabetically. Group changes also feature a history to keep track of the journey.

A personal space for every learner

From their dashboard, the learner can find their groups, upcoming sessions, rooms, and associated teachers. They can view their payment history and information regarding their summer training.

When unable to attend a session, they can report their absence. For eligible regular groups, they can also request a session change. These requests are forwarded to the administration, which reviews them and updates their status. Cancellations and approved changes are reflected in the schedule.

Payments linked to the training journey

Financial tracking is connected to registrations and groups. The administration records payments, tracks remaining balances, and retrieves numbered receipts along with the transaction history.

An accounting space gathers revenue, expenses, and tracking indicators. Unpaid balances have a dedicated view to help the team identify files that require a follow-up.

The messaging module allows selecting recipients, notably learners concerned by unpaid balances, and preparing reminders or announcements. The message opens in WhatsApp, where the team confirms the sending themselves.

3amAli, assistance tied to the center’s data

IyedeX has integrated 3amAli into two complementary use cases.

For learners, the assistant relies on the center’s information and their account context: groups, schedules, payments, and recent requests. It can help them find their next session or prepare an absence or change request, with confirmation in the interface.

For management, the assistant integrated into the accounting space allows querying data in natural language. For example: “Which learners have not paid for this period?”, “Which groups are scheduled for tomorrow?” or “What is the revenue for this period?” Responses are based on reports and read-only database queries.

This integration brings AI closer to the center’s concrete tasks: retrieving information, understanding a situation, and preparing a decision.

An experience tailored to local usages

The platform offers interfaces in French, English, and Arabic, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic. Amounts are presented in Tunisian dinars, and the learner assistant is designed to also respond in Tunisian Darija.

The interface adapts to both mobile phones and computers. The catalog of courses and certifications presented on the site can be updated directly from the administration.

What this project brings

Language Corner has a single environment to connect administrative management, financial tracking, and the learner experience. A registration joins a group, a group structures a schedule, and both attendance and payments remain associated with the correct file.

For IyedeX, this project illustrates a concrete application of its approach: developing digital tools and AI assistance around the real needs of a Tunisian organization.
